Our Year 10 students recently took part in The Dorcan Academy’s annual Interview Day, a key event designed to help prepare them for the world of work. Throughout the day, students engaged in a series of face-to-face interviews where they discussed their CVs (developed in collaboration with the English Faculty) and tackled thought-provoking questions aimed at stretching their communication and critical thinking skills.
The experience was both challenging and rewarding, with many students expressing how much they valued the opportunity to showcase their strengths in a professional setting. A huge thank you to all the businesses and volunteer interviewers who gave their time and expertise to make this event such a success!
