The School Day

The school day enables a focus on learning for our students and a wide range of after school clubs and activities are available for the many students who choose to take part in them.

Times of the school day:

08:30 – 08:50	Registration, Tutor Time/Assembly
08:50 – 09:50	Lesson 1
09:50 – 10:50	Lesson 2
10:50 – 11:10	Break
11:10 – 12:10	Lesson 3
12:10 – 13:10	Lesson 4
13:10 – 13:40	Lunch Break
13:40 – 14:00	Tutor Time (DEAR time and Y11 targeted literacy, numeracy and oracy)

14:00-15:00	Lesson 5
15:00	Intervention and Extra-Curricular programme

This is in line with national guidelines of a 32.5 hour school week
