Humanities is an essential part of the school curriculum. It is the one subject which studies human existence on earth in terms of place, time and belief. The department shares a common philosophy that the study of humanities provides students with an understanding of the world they live in and facilitates their development as future citizens, able to make a positive contribution to society.
The subjects in Humanities are: Geography, History, Religion and World Views/Religious Studies and Sociology.
