Earlier this term our Year 9 & 10 students completed their practice Bronze Duke Of Edinburgh’s Award.
On each day they walked between 15 & 16km! The students spent Saturday following a route with a member of staff & used the skills they had learned in the classroom in a real-world exercise. Then on Sunday, they walked independently in their teams meeting staff at checkpoints. A huge well done to everyone involved!
