Year 8 and Year 9 students had the opportunity to learn about D‑Day during a visit to The D‑Day Story in Portsmouth.Students got up close to several historic vehicles while learning about the stories of key individuals involved. Gustav the carrier pigeon was a particular highlight for many!The day was rounded off with a short stop at Clarence Pier, giving students time to unwind after engaging with such an emotional and powerful part of history.
